Pricing & Policies
Our preferred methods are cash or check, but we can also accept credit/debit card.
We require event insurance with a minimum $2 million liability policy to ensure the safety and protection of all guests, staff, and the venue itself. This coverage helps safeguard against unforeseen incidents, such as property damage or injuries, during your event. The $2 million policy is a standard industry requirement for venues in Pierce County, providing comprehensive protection for both you and our facility. Please contact your insurance provider to obtain this coverage, and feel free to reach out to us with any questions about the process.
To host an event at our venue, you must obtain event liability insurance with a minimum $2 million policy to cover potential damages or injuries.
Here’s how to get it:
Contact an Insurance Provider: Reach out to a licensed insurance agent or company offering event insurance, such as The Event Helper, WedSafe, or your existing homeowner’s or renter’s insurance provider.
Specify Event Details: Provide the date, guest count, and type of event (e.g., wedding, reception). Mention that our venue requires a $2 million general liability policy.
Request a Certificate of Insurance (COI): Ensure the policy names our venue as an additional insured and request a COI to submit to us before your event.
Include Liquor Liability (if applicable): If alcohol will be served, confirm the policy includes host liquor liability coverage, as required for events with alcohol under Washington State regulations.
Submit to Us: Send the COI to our team no later than 14 days before your event.
Costs typically range from $100–$300 for a one-day event, depending on the provider and event specifics.
You can find what’s included with your venue rental on our Investment Page Here.
Yes, a 50% down payment is required to reserve your date. The down payment is non-refundable.
You must have everything cleaned up and removed by the end of your rental time. You are allotted a 12-hour rental window for your event (you choose the times!), however, additional rental hours may be available for $500–$1,000 per hour, depending on your event date and availability.

Food, Alcohol & Catering
Beer and wine permitted for couple to provide.
Hard alcohol is permitted at our venue when served by a professional bartender with a valid license.
A Banquet Permit from the Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board is required, whether you provide your own or hire a professional.
In addition, be sure your event insurance includes alcohol coverage.
Not at all! We believe it’s your event and we want you to be able to choose your own vendors. However, you must select a caterer that is a licensed professional with a valid Washington State Food Business Permit. This ensures all food is prepared and handled safely in compliance with Pierce County health regulations. Please provide proof of your caterer’s license prior to your event.
Our kitchen is designated as a catering warming kitchen only and is not a commercial kitchen. Licensed caterers may use it to warm, assemble, or serve food, but full food preparation must occur off-site at a licensed commercial kitchen to comply with Pierce County health regulations. Please ensure your caterer has a valid Washington State Food Business Permit and contact us with any questions about kitchen use or recommended caterers.
Yes, you may bring your own drinks, snacks, and prepared foods to serve during set-up and getting ready time. No cooking is permitted, however. Beer and wine are permitted if you have a Banquet permit.
